TSG maintains roughly 205 properties across the Central Coast — weekly, every other week, or once a month. Four routes, six crew members, and the same faces on the same streets so your yard stays consistent season to season.
HOA, commercial, and estate routes
HOA landscape maintenance is a core part of what we do. Property managers and HOA boards need a vendor who shows up on schedule, communicates clearly, and does not rotate strangers through the neighborhood every month. We run dedicated territories — not a dispatch board — so your account manager knows the gate codes, the parkway standards, and which beds dry out first in June fog.
Commercial landscape maintenance follows the same logic: one point of contact (sales@tsglandscape.com), prompt invoicing, and crews who treat the front of the building like it reflects on them. Residential estates get the same standard — larger lots in SLO, Nipomo, and the South County hills where detail work matters as much as mowing.
What maintenance includes
- Mowing, edging, and blowing on your agreed schedule
- Shrub trimming, hedge shaping, and seasonal cleanup
- Planter bed weeding, mulch refresh, and plant health checks
- Irrigation spot-checks — we flag leaks before the bill spikes
- Upgrade conversations when a patio, planting, or controller refresh makes sense
When routes grow, we grow — recently that meant two more crew members and another maintenance van. Quality over quantity: new accounts need new capacity, and we will tell you honestly if a route is full.

San Luis Obispo, Morro Bay, Cayucos, Los Osos, Avila Beach, Shell Beach, Pismo Beach, Grover Beach, Oceano, Arroyo Grande, and Nipomo. Install and upgrade work extends to Cambria, Santa Margarita, Atascadero, and Paso Robles. We do not service Santa Maria.
